Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Lower Parel East
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Work Timings: Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturdays are half day.)
Salary: Negotiable basis your experience and caliber (Plus Performance-based bonuses)

Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth after-sales service, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role does not involve sales but focuses entirely on customer service, issue resolution, and relationship management. If you have a strategic mindset and a passion for building lasting client connections, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
  • Keep customers informed about new product launches and offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Understand individual customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and conduct business reviews

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel & CRM tools(Prefered)
  • People-oriented, polite, and enthusiastic approach
