Job Description:

Position:          Plant Incharge - Maintenance

Location:         Takwe - Pune

Experience:      10 - 15 Years

Industries:       Rubber 

 Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and training.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and correctivemaintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
• Implement automation and technological advancements to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automation technologies, electrical systems, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Automation

Salary :-  Upto 8.40 LPA
