Human Resources Assistant Manager
Job Description:
- Should be independent and confident to undertake the below role
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Hiring through various online sources / Campus, referral etc., Joining formalities and induction Programme
- Policies – Timing update of HR Policies
- Preparing and Generating Various HR related Report, Maintaining & Updating Various data as per requirement, Turnover Ratio, Compliance as per the requirement
- Should be updated with Labor Laws
- Payroll Processing Activities along with Accounts team
- Should be well versed with the HR Regulations and Compliances.
- Performance Appraisal.
- Training – Maintaining & Generating Training related information
- Employee Engagement Activity
- Should be able to handle Grievances
- Coordinating with Partners and Business Heads as an when required.
- Should be able to handle a team of people
- Coordinated with Branches for various data
- Able to handle Reviews
- Should be with good Communication skills.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Minimum 5 years experience in HR
Excellent communication skills
Team management experience
