Accounts Executive for Stock Broking
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our
broking firm. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and reconciling financial accounts
related to the trading of listed company stocks, ensuring compliance with regulatory
standards, and providing essential support to brokers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Funds Paying & Payout Process of the company with the exchanges (BSE CASH, NSE CASH, NSE F & O, BSE F&O, NSE BSE MCX CURRENCY, MCX & NCDEX.
Co-ordination with Banks.
Looking out the Banking & finance process.
Funds Paying & Payout Process of the client.
Daily Fund position.
Passing Journal Voucher, Contra Voucher, Bank Receipt and Bank Payment.
Day to day Bank Reconciliation & bank statement send to compliance team for day wise reporting.
T+5 Debit client Follow-up & mail to Rms team for Squring client position.
Working on monthly brokerage sheet and doing payment.
Calculating monthly client Interest.
Employee salary payments and provident fund payment on monthly basis.
Monthly TDS payment.
Verifying All charges debited by bank & stock exchange & pass necessary entries in system.
Calculating Monthly & Quarterly Branch Wise Incentives and its payment
Daily Check Enhance Calculation
Weekly Uploading of Enhance & Cash & Cash Equivalents
Handling Internal audit And resolving audit Queries
Renewal processing of fixed deposits
Renewal processing of bank guarantee
Daily Bill processing Nse Cash,Nse f & o & Nse Fx & Mcx Segment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a broking firm or financial institution.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, stock markets, and trading processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the capital markets is a plus.
