The job description is as below:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and assist manager with employee reviews.
- Support continuous feedback and goal-setting processes to encourage high performance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and attract talent.
- Track employee's daily activity, schedule and performance.
- Conduct training sessions to improve essential soft skills for all employee
-Organize activities that promote inclusivity, cultural awareness, and sensitivity training across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems).- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is required; additional languages are a plus.
