Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.

- Handle customer interactions on social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and manage contact lists.
- Perform market research and data organization.
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Docs, Skype).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
