Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Management • Design, implement, and manage performance appraisal systems aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs and performance standards. • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement. • Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance-related matters. • Analyse performance trends and identify areas for development.
  2. Compliance • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to ensure adherence to legal and organisational standards. • Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance handling with a fair and compliant approach. • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and audits.
  3. Learning and Development • Develop and execute a strategic L&D plan aligned with organisational needs. • Identify training needs through performance data, feedback, and organisational objectives. • Design and deliver training programmes, workshops, and e-learning modules. • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements. • Collaborate with external trainers and consultants as needed.
  4. General HR Responsibilities • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes as needed. • Foster employee engagement through innovative HR strategies. • Manage HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership on HR activities and outcomes. • Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives Skills and Competencies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in HRIS and other HR tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders. • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. • Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Educational Qualification and other Skills: • Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university in HR • Having HRMS (preferably ZOHO) hands on will be an added advantage • Negotiation skills • Networking Skills • MS OFFICE & Excel • Planning skills • Interpersonal skills
