Job Description :

Looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive to serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to our packers and movers services.
1.Inquiry Management:
-Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to inquiries received through our advertised number on social media and marketing platforms.
-Understand and record the customer's requirements, including details of the move, packing needs, and delivery preferences.
2.Customer Coordination:
-Arrange and schedule surveys at the customer's convenience to assess the scope of work.
-Act as a bridge between the customer and the operations team, ensuring smooth communication.
3.Quotation and Documentation:
-Enter customer details and inquiry specifics into the designated Google Sheet for record-keeping and tracking.
-Collaborate with the Operations Manager to finalize service costs and prepare customized quotations.
-Share quotations with customers and follow up to address any questions or concerns.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
-Provide a professional and positive first impression to build trust and confidence in our services.
-Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure inquiries are converted into confirmed bookings.
5.Process Improvement:
-Provide feedback to the management team based on customer interactions to improve services and enhance the inquiry-handling process.
•Other Details, which we should know (age limit, field work, demographics, language fluency, specific industry to source from etc.) – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).

Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries professionally. Basic knowledge of sales techniques to effectively convert inquiries into bookings. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.

Work Location – Mumbai or Pune
