Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits and orientation schedules.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new hires are well-acquainted with company policies and procedures.
- Assist new employees with completing necessary documentation and compliance forms.
- Manage New employee orientation program.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
- Generate and analyze reports related to onboarding metrics and employee data.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access.

- Location- BKC, mumbai
- Working days- Mon to Fri
- Working time- 8.45 am to 5.15 pm
- Contract period only for 1 year on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll- it will not be renewable
