Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting industries requiring injection-molded products.
    • Identify potential market opportunities and trends in injection molding technology.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products, materials, or solutions.
  3. Product Knowledge

    • Stay updated on the latest injection molding technologies, materials (like thermoplastics), and machine capabilities.
    • Provide technical support and detailed product demonstrations to clients.
  4. Market Research

    • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Recommend new product developments or adjustments based on market demands.
  5. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
