Job Description:

The AAM / PAM will be responsible for acquiring new customers, opening CASA accounts, and cross-selling banking products like FD, RD, insurance, and loans. The role involves field sales + branch coordination to achieve business targets.

✅ Acquisition of new CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts)
✅ Field visits for sourcing new customers & business development
✅ Cross-selling of banking products like:

• FD / RD

• Insurance

• Demat & Mutual Funds

• Loans & Credit Cards

✅ Maintain relationship with existing customers
✅ Ensure proper documentation & KYC compliance
✅ Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
✅ Coordinate with branch team for account activation & service issues
✅ Maintain daily activity & sales MIS

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience :AAM: 1 – 2 years/ PAM: 2 – 4 years (Banking / BFSI preferred)

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Willingness to do field sales
