DesignationAssistant Manager – Business Development

Location: Andheri East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays Off)
Work Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: Based on current package and caliber

Qualification:

  • Graduate or diploma in Business Studies
  • MBA (preferred)

Job Purpose

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, generate revenue, and drive growth through networking, research, and strategic client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in non-aviation sectors.
  • Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Present and promote products/services, showcasing value propositions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain sales records, MIS, and regular performance reports.
  • Share market insights and feedback to enhance strategies and offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
  • Proven success in sales or business development (hospitality/aviation preferred).
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language preferred.
