Designation: Assistant Manager – Business Development
Location: Andheri East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays Off)
Work Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: Based on current package and caliber
Qualification:
- Graduate or diploma in Business Studies
- MBA (preferred)
Job Purpose
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, generate revenue, and drive growth through networking, research, and strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in non-aviation sectors.
- Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Present and promote products/services, showcasing value propositions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain sales records, MIS, and regular performance reports.
- Share market insights and feedback to enhance strategies and offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
- Proven success in sales or business development (hospitality/aviation preferred).
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language preferred.
