Designation: Business Development Executive
Location: Andheri East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays Off)
Work Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: Based on current package and caliber

Qualification:

• Graduate or diploma in Business Studies
• MBA (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Preferred background in hospitality, flight kitchens, hotels, or catering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing:

   • Specialize in Horeca/Hospitality Industry Sales.
   • Focus on catering sales (excluding rooms).
   • Manage and drive independent banquet sales.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
   • Develop strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.

3. Travel and Flexibility:

   • Be open to travel within the company as required.
   • Adapt to changing business needs for personal and professional growth.

Key Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
• IT Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Success Metrics:

• Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Building sustainable client relationships and repeat business.
• Effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
