Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma/ BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile.
Experience: 6 to 13 yrs sales & marketing experience in Energy saving solutions / Energy conservation Turbine.
Salary: 8 to 12 lacs

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
A) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
B) Improve lead management by improving qualified enquiries and lead tracking
C) Building sales Funnel by building pipeline / prospects
D) Information Asymmetry
E) Effective Cross selling and up selling
F) Techno commercial bid preparation including scope matrix with support from all stakeholders (OEM, Procurement, and vendors) as per Tender / Technical specification / Enquiry from customer
G) Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing best practices / Sales Operating Process
H) Implement a business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
I) Present Order Intake & revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Monthly / quarterly basis
J) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new Energy saving solutions and competition status
K) Evaluate all aspects that generate new business while maintaining client relationships
