Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager (Lead Generation) to drive direct sales and acquisition of financial products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the stockbroking industry and a strong ability to develop client relationships, generate revenue, and stay updated on market trends.

• Dayaldas Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai - 400057
• SG Highway, Ahmedabad - 380015

CTC:

• Up to ₹4.00 LPA

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the stockbroking or financial services industry.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate

Age:

• Up to 30 years

Responsibilities:

1. Direct sales of Demat accounts and retail accounts for equity, commodity, and currency.
2. Drive sales for wealth products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF.
3. Generate revenue through third-party products, including Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits (FDs).
4. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and continuous business growth.
5. Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
6. Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all activities.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Regularly update and maintain customer records and sales reports.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
