Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and performance in stores.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stocks and minimize stockouts.
- Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities within the modern trade channel to expand the customer base.
- Negotiate and finalize annual agreements, promotions, and visibility plans with key accounts.
- Promotions and Campaigns:
- Execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and other marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
- Merchandising:
- Ensure products are properly displayed and meet planogram guidelines.
- Coordinate with store teams to enhance visibility through shelf space, end caps, and promotional displays.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prevent product expiries and minimize returns through effective stock rotation.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain records of sales, orders, and promotional activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the modern trade ecosystem and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
