Job Description:

GOALS:
Identifying and prospecting new customers by visits, building & maintaining relationships, meeting sales target, negotiating and closing sales, reporting and follow-ups on sales data

KEY TASKs:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient delivery schedules.
  • Assist the sales team in finalizing orders and price negotiations.
  • Follow up with customers after quotations to secure sales.
  • Review and manage customer enquiries promptly.
  • Print and update the Enquiry Register on a weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide timely support to address customer concerns and queries.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with new leads and enquiries.
  • Allocate new enquiries to salesmen using the Enquiry Register.
  • Prepare and update weekly task lists with dates and next steps.
  • Trash cold quotations after three months if no progress.
  • Call customers on the debtors list to ensure timely payments.
  • Support the sales head in allocating work to the sales team.
