Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Employee relations, Handle and resolve challenging issues relating to employee relations; Consult with line management
- To understand industry best practices for compensation, organisational change, performance management, Diversity
- Collaborating with Business Leaders and Senior Management to ensure overall strategic planning are in place
- To arrange and conduct employee technical and non technical trainings
- Monitoring time sheet and ensure completness
- Employee engagement activities
- Assiss in other HR activity from time to time
- Tracking Employees' Leave and Attendance.
- Processing monthly payroll, Salaries and Remuneration
- Defining Workplace Policies.
- Organizational Structure and Planning.
- Creating an Engaging Work Culture.
- Salary Negotiation in HR Round
- Handling all Administration responsibilities of the organisation including travel management of top management.
Reporting: Head HR & Business Head/COO
Team - 2 members in Recruitment & Admin
Requirements:
Education - MBA in HR
Experience - Require a female candidate with 8-10 years’ Experience in Generalist role including employee engagement, Performance management, HR Policies and compliance, Payroll & Salary, Leave & Attendance, PF, ESIC, Labour Low and Admin management.
Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skill, team management, Computer skills- MS office, Word, Excel, PPT and email.
