Job Description: Recruiter (3+ Years Experience) – Full Remote
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles and industries. This is a full-time, remote opportunity offering a competitive salary of 30,000 INR per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and candidate needs.
- Utilize multiple job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage job postings and track applicants.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback loops, and communicate with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with the negotiation of job offers and provide guidance to candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Support the development and implementation of recruiting strategies for various roles.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and tools in recruitment.
Compensation:
- Salary: 30,000 INR per month.
- Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
