To keep record of test certification of material handling equipments and compressor receivers.
Implementation of 5-S & TPM activities.
Proper utilization of man resource as per skill level.
Monthly maintenance CRM reporting to management.
Design and Development of machines to increase the productivity.
To manage maintenance expense within granted budget.
Maintaining documentation work related to ISO standard.
Monitoring & controlling on repair cost, energy saving & cost saving projects.
