We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Sales Executive with strong outbound calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a  passion for sales.    Key Responsibilities:    Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for loan products  Explain loan features, offers, and eligibility criteria  Follow up on leads and ensure conversion of applications  Meet daily/weekly sales targets and productivity metrics  Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions  Work closely with the operations team for smooth customer onboarding  Required Skills & Experience:  Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/tele-sales/outbound calling  Strong communication in Hindi & English  Ability to handle objections and convert leads  Comfortable working on Sundays/holidays as per business requirements  Goal-oriented with a high sense of ownership    6 Days Working (Rotational Weekoff)  Shift timings: Rotational 9AM-6PM IST 11AM- 8 PM IST
