Responsible for handling all maintenance related activities of ABB PLC's,AC Drives,AC Motors and DCS 800xA System and LT and HT switch Gears used in the plant  Knowledge in logic solving in control panels & various interlocking schemes required for automation and analyzing all drawings related to automation & control systems. Instrumental in coordinating with various internal departments and contractor personnel for safe execution of shutdowns and ensuring implementation of routine/preventive/breakdown maintenance schedules of the system to increase machine uptime, equipment reliability thereby. Responsible for maintaining 5S activity & safety measures regularly To co-ordinate with the Electrical contractor for Execution, Erection, and Commissioning Basic Knowledge of Sheet CENTER GUIDE and STEERING UNIT, EDGE System provided by EMG. Knowledge of hardware Communication between Drives, PLC and HMI’s through Fiber Optic and Profibus. Knowledge of Gauge Measurement system provided by IMS used at 6 HI in Line Mill. Responsible for keeping a record of the daily power consumption, daily delay report, spare parts list of the plant. Basic Knowledge about  Control-Logix / Compact-Logix systems of Allen-Bradley PLC (Rockwell Automation). Identifying NetLinx networks for use in a Logix5000 System used for in-line Welder. Successfully  accomplished Erection, testing, Commissioning of ARP System(Acid Recovery Process To maintain records, logbook for the job carried out. Organize safety meetings & give on the Job training to my subordinates To ensure good housekeeping in the area and the shop floor.
