PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: - Management of all activities within the Machine Shop and all other related operations of the company. Plan & schedule all shop activities for timely completion of customer req. Conducting daily production meeting and Co-ordination among various departments for timely completion of production schedules. Conceptualize and implement strict measures in operating procedures and equipments to optimize resource – Man, Machine, Method, Material /Capacity utilization.  Providing strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations at all levels. Working on Process bottlenecks, plan B & plan C to improve the plant performance   Effective implementation of systems are of 5S, TPM-JH,KK,QM,PM, Safety, SOP’s, DMR, SAP, ISO/TS 16949, etc. Actions, analyse & monitor for non conformance by root cause analysis & elimination through ABC analysis, why-why (6W2H), fault tree analysis and various QC tools. Active participation in developing the new components for process selection, process parameters, selection of tool & tooling’s w.r.t. quality & customer requirements. Process & manufacturing cost reduction by analysis & actions on losses, wastages(MUDAS), improvement in Takt time & implementing the concepts of Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Pokayoke, 5S, Single piece flow, Automation, etc. Establish implement and maintain quality system and other documentation required as per ISO/TS 16949. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, including strategic resource allocation and applying good manufacturing principles, organization structure, leadership, sourcing and integration, production systems and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practice. New Product Development /Vendor Up gradation in line of new business development for the Organization. Monitor and improve the results, goal setting & improvements by PQCDSM. Process sides maintain all parameters on daily basis, implementation of GAUGE R&R system, PDCA & FMEA activity. Implementation of KAIZEN. Total manufacturing process i.e. CAM software, CNC operation, imaging, plating etching, masking, HAL or solder process, BBT and FQC. Conduct trials for new supplier /new Machines and process validationof this product /Machine. Check and maintain all documentation on daily basis.
