Coiling and Grinding shift Engineer achieving production targets.
Production planning and control, on-time dispatches.
Manpower handling.

Responsible for inventory control.
Following FIFO throughout the factory.
Responsible for Rejection Control through SOP ( Standard Operating Process )
Calculating OEE.
Working on improving OEE.
Time study and Work-study.
Setting of New product on machine & approve it.
Key tasks handled during the tenure
To monitor & control the effective utilization of available resources in order to achieve Production Target
Production planning and control
Responsible for managing Overall Production, Day-to-Day Production activities & Ensure that Standard Production rates are followed.
Troubleshooting of Process / Production / Product related Problems.
Optimum utilization of resources like man & machine to achieve the production targets on a daily basis.
Guide the operator for various production activities to set the production process.
On line rework rejection monitoring through SOP (Standard Operating Process).
Monitor the Daily Production Report.
Coordination with internal departments like Tool Room, QA, Maintenance, Raw material Stores.
Maintain & Preparation of various documentation required for Quality Systems like TS 16949 & conduct Quality audits for other departments.
Training & awareness given about 5’S’ & safety in the shop floor.
Responsible for the quality in each cell.
Looking after TPM activities on the shop floor.
Maintaining 5S Activities in each cell.
GM BIQS team member.
