Position Title: MSOC Engineer - IT & Network Security Engineer 24*7 Location: RemoteShift timing: 12- 9 PM IST Experience: 5+ years Np: Immediate to 15 days   IT & Network Security Engineer 24x7 (m/f/*) :Responsibilities: ·         Operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange (On-Prem C Cloud), Storage, and Network Security ·         Support of network and security solutions (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Barracuda) ·         Independent handling of service requests, incidents, and changes in accordance with internal processes ·         Creation and maintenance of technical documentation ·         Close collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams ·         Participation in 24x7 shift operations to ensure system availability Your Profile: ·         Completed IT education (e.g., technical college, apprenticeship, university of applied sciences) or equivalent professional experience ·         Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory ·         Experience with VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter, etc.) ·         Experience with network components and protocols (RoutingCSwitching, VPN, firewall configuration) ·         Structured and self-reliant working style ·         Willingness to work in 24x7 shift operations ·         Team player with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment Additional Qualifications (preferred): ·         Experience with PowerShell scripting ·         Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g., IaaS, AD Connect, mail routing) ·         Experience with Microsoft Exchange in hybrid environments (On-Prem / M365) ·         Basic knowledge of Linux (for monitoring and simple troubleshooting) ·         Experience with NetApp storage systems Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent
