Role: Area Sales Manager
Designation: Area Sales Manager
Gender: Male
Years of experience required:

 Minimum 8 years of work experience in an individual contributor role in the tissue and paper manufacturing industry.
 Experience from the Paper industry preferred

Role Summary: Acquiring new opportunities in the market. Appointment of new Distributors.

Provide Market Research Report for product development. Create Brand awareness

Detailed Responsibilities:

 Gather new leads to develop the business.
 Identify new business opportunities in the market.
 Develop new business in the defined area/Territory by converting leads into business.
 Focus on business continuity with existing clients by providing the best services and keeping a good rapport with the client.
 Provide ground research reports to the management to enhance the product.
 Provide details of the fastest moving market product in the segment from competition to management for new product development.
 Coordinate with operations to provide customers with on-time delivery and services
 Build relationships with clients on the ground for long-term association.
 Ensure customer feedback/Testimony is taken at regular intervals
 Appointment of new Distributors
 Create brand awareness in the market by approaching to highest number of prospects
 Create a presence with all the market leaders in distribution.
 Train sales team on products, product specifications, usage of the products

Qualification (Minimum): Graduation Any Stream
Additional Qualification: MBA Marketing

Skills:

 Should have proficiency in Excel
 Proficiency in written/spoken English
 Great creative mindset and analytical skills
