Lead Generation cum Tele Caller
Job Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in cold calling to potential customers, identify warm leads, and nurture them into high-quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role combines aspects of customer service, and financial products expertise to drive growth and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming leads and proactively follow up on warm and cold leads from various sources, including online forms, advertisements, and referral networks.
2. Understand client needs, risk tolerance, and financial goals, and tailor stock broking solutions accordingly.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.
4. Stay updated on the latest market trends, stock movements, and financial products to communicate with clients effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
6. Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest strategies to increase lead conversions and customer satisfaction.
7. Cold Calling- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Introduce the company, its products/services, and build initial rapport.
8. Lead Qualification- Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria. Capture key information from calls and assess their interest and requirements.
9. Warm Lead Engagement- Follow up with interested prospects to address queries and keep them engaged. Build trust with potential clients and progress them to hot leads.
10. Lead Handover: Share high-quality leads with the sales team along with detailed call notes and insights. Collaborate with the team to ensure effective lead conversion.
11. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM. Update and manage the database to ensure it is current and reliable.
12. Performance Tracking: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide regular feedback to the team about customer trends and feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience of tele-sales or lead generation role in stock broking. Skills: 1. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). 2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. 3. Basic understanding of financial markets, products, and services. 4. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
