  • Studying the competitive environment and executing related Strategic Plans, Marketing Mix, Promotions, Positioning, Pricing, Preparation and Execution of Business Plan.
  • To support and grow Copier Paper Business, Meet and exceed the annual sales Plan (Revenue / Contribution/Brand Mix), Market Share, Revenue & Profits in West region.
  • To Appoint, Develop & Support the Channel Partners / Dealers in Meeting the Paper performance plan. And to expand the channels in the region.
  • Generate Bulk Deal and Rate contract for Copier Paper in Corporate, Institute and Govt dept.
  • Driving business growth by formulating effective marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, creating sales opportunities through Customer engagement activities
  • Studying the competitive environment and executing related Strategic Plans, Marketing Mix, Promotions, Positioning, Pricing, Preparation and Execution of Business Plan.
  • Rural Marketing, developing channel partners and retail out let in rich and high potential rural market.
  • Managing outstanding collections of the business
