Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Proven track records in export business & good understanding of international business markets Specially Middle East & North Africa & Other Africa Regions.
- SAP –Sales and Distribution module working knowledge is must, minimum 5-7 years’ experience will be preferred
- Schedule the sales orders / emerging sales orders for production in line with the committed delivery schedule and interface with customers / agent / sales personnel to convey & generate alignment / approval for amendments to delivery schedule
- Plan, organize & effect shipment towards sales orders in a timely manner after addressing all requirements of 3rd party inspection / sample certification or other related regulatory clearances at customers’ end as well as India
- Co-ordinate with shipping lines to access most cost-competitive routes & ensure overall logistics costs are maintained at competitive levels
- Hands on experience on export commercial activities.
- Coordinate with international customers
- Coordination with cross functional teams like – Production, Sales, QC, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance & Accounts.
- Ensure adherence to country specific important legislation Specially Middle East & North Africa & Other Africa Regions.
- Execute marketing efforts & work under pressure to reaching regular sales targets.
- needs to have good presentation skills
- Job will involve interacting with foreign clients in person and through mails, or phones will have to accompany the foreign clients on their visit to factories.
- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in export/ import activity and procedures.
- Timely management of delivery & Goods issue from plant & transportation management.
- Generating Monthly MIS
- Creating and negotiating export documents with Banks, Should have Export documentation knowledge, Able to handled team for export documents as per UCP 600
- Handling any issues related to documents and logistics In export documentationalong with dealing with various authorities, bodies, agencies like chamber of commerce, EIA, consulates etc.
- Strict compliance with FEMA Regulations / Notifications / RBI Circulars.
- Timely and proper negotiation of letters of Credit for Export as well as for third country trade transactions.
- Co-ordinate with TPI team for Inspection of Cargo and sealing of the cargo at Factory level. Arranging TPI inspections as per Customer or Country specific requirements.
- Need to negotiate with Shipping line / Air lines / Forwarders / CHA’s for clearing forwarding and negotiating the Freights rates for SEA / AIR.

Education & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline with MBA (International Marketing) OR qualification in Export & Import Management.
- 5-8 Years of experience in any industry, preferably MNC
