Job Description:
Job Responsiblity:
- C form follow ups and tracking from customers.
- Cross checking Sales invoice & sales orders booked in accounting software.
- Online C form application & issuing and tracking.
- Ledger scrutiny.
- Auditing daily entries of juniors.
- Inter balance ledger tallying.
- Maintaining Excise / cenvat credit excel sheet and working out liability and intimation to management for fund planning.
- Gujarat & MP Branch VAT return co-ordination with CA.
- Excise rebate claim tracking & reporting.
- Preparing VAT working sheet for monthly / quarterly return.
- Preparing J1 / J2.
- Making payment of VAT / CST / Advance Tax / IT / Serv Tax / Excise, etc.
- Filing few NIL returns of VAT / CST / Service Tax.
- Preparing VAT working sheet / documentation file for for VAT assessments.
- Visit to Sales Tax office for VAT refund follow up & file submission.
- Finalisation of accounts along with CA.
- Preparation of documentation for IT / any tax scrutiny and liaosning with CA.
- Visit CA
- Visit C form / debtor to resolve any C form or critical tax / accounting disputes, if any.
- Fund flow management.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- TDS working & payment.
- MIS report.
- Stock statement for bank preparing & submitting.
