Job Description:
Recruitment:
- Works with Management and managers to determine Recruitment needs and select appropriate recruitment methods and complete hiring.
- Complete Documentation online & offline
- Ensuring new employees registration for ESIC & PF if applicable
- Handling Employees life cycle for corporate, plant & warehouse hiring to FNF Settlement.
- Onboarding & Induction coordination for the schedule, software registration, IT Accessories arrangements, etc.
- Offer generation and CTC Negotiation
Payroll & Compliance:
- Handling end to end payroll
- Exit formalities as per policies.
- Monthly attendance reports as per attendance software, calculating leaves balance of employees
- Statutory compliance working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, MLWF.
PMS & Employee Engagement:
- Implement Performance Review procedures (Quarterly/ Annual and 360 evaluations)
- Employee Engagement activities
Qualification :
- Any Graduate with MBA in Human Resource/ Diploma in Labour Law
- Western line candidates would be preferable
