Job Description:
A sales manager leads and motivates a team of salespeople, developing sales strategies and ensuring team performance towards achieving sales targetsThey are responsible for setting goals, analyzing data, and providing support to their team. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Developing Sales Strategies:
      Creating and implementing plans to achieve sales objectives, including market analysis, target identification, and sales forecasting. 
       
  • Team Leadership:
    Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives to enhance their performance and motivation. 
     
  • Performance Management:
    Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance. 
     
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with key accounts. 
     
  • Collaboration:
    Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and optimize the overall customer experience. 
     
Skills Required:
  • Sales Expertise:
    Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals. 
     
  • Leadership:
    Ability to motivate, coach, and guide a sales team towards achieving goals. 
     
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

    Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    Identifying and resolving sales-related issues, such as customer complaints or team conflicts.
