Job Description:
Position: Business Development Head
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
CTC: ₹20–22 LPA
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years
Industry Preference: Building materials / surfaces / luxury architectural products/ luxury furnitures
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop business opportunities in the premium surfaces market in Mumbai.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key influencers.
· Position and promote Surfaces products across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
· Monitor market trends and provide strategic input to drive sales growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Requirements:
· Solid experience in business development or sales in the luxury surfaces or building materials industry.
· Strong network and active connections with architects and designers in the Mumbai region.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
