Job Description:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Commercial Real Estate segment, including developers, builders, and investors.
  • Drive sales of CRE loan products such as Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), Construction Finance, and Structured Debt.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

Client & Relationship Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financing needs and structuring appropriate loan solutions.
  • Work closely with corporate and HNI clients to provide customized financial solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering end-to-end support from loan origination to disbursement.

Credit & Risk Management:

  • Coordinate with credit and risk teams to assess borrower profiles, financials, and project viability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Team Management & Coordination (For RSM Role):

  • Lead and mentor a team of ASMs/Sales Managers to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Conduct training programs and provide guidance on market trends, products, and regulatory norms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, legal, and operations teams, to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lending, banking, or NBFCs.
  • Strong understanding of real estate financing, credit underwriting, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess loan eligibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
