Job Description:
Role: Handling PF, ESIC, payroll processing, leave & bonus calculations, and compliance management
An HR Assistant performs a variety of daily administrative tasks to support the human resources department, including assisting with recruitment by scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork, maintaining employee records and databases, processing payroll, answering employee questions, and coordinating new hire orientations. They act as a liaison between employees and the HR department, handle confidential information, and may help with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job advertisements and screen resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and background checks.
- Prepare new hire paperwork, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Conduct new employee orientations and manage onboarding processes.

Employee Records & Data Management:
- Maintain and update the employee database and HR files.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist with payroll processing, including tracking employee data and resolving errors.
- Communicate with benefits administrators and vendors.

Administrative & Communication Support:
- Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Create and manage calendars for the HR department, scheduling meetings and events.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate reports on HR activities and performance.
- Assist in creating and distributing HR documentation, such as policies and employee handbooks.
Required Skills

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with employees and management.

Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and pay attention to detail.

Technical Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Interpersonal Skills:Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
