Channel Sales Specialist (Pumps & Water Solutions)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers across Maharashtra and Goa to expand the distribution network for GWS pressure tanks and Hydro-Pneumatic Electronic Control Panels.
- Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed dealers to ensure robust distribution, technical traction, and after-sales support.
- Field Engagement: Conduct regular territory visits for market mapping, sales planning, product demos, and dealer trainings.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales targets through channel development, promotional initiatives, and effective communication of unique selling points.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, industry trends, and dealer feedback; compile and present insights to the management to refine sales strategies.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, resolution of issues, and exceptional dealer support.
Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–2 years in technical or B2B sales within a similar industrial or engineering-driven industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of electromechanical systems—especially pumps, tanks, and control panels.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
- Drive & Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong orientation toward meeting targets and working independently.
- Mobility: Comfortable with significant travel across Maharashtra and Goa; possession of valid driving license (2-Wheeler or 4-Wheeler) is advantageous.
- Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation.
