We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with deep expertise in steel industry sales and a strong track record in client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value enterprise deals across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
    • Identify and target new enterprise clients in manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, and construction sectors.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
    • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organisations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, technical) to deliver customized solutions.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approach.
  • Revenue & Performance Management
    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in steel sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise-level client acquisition.
  • Strong network within the steel-consuming industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
