Role Overview
The Executive / Sr. Executive – Pre Sales will act as a single point of contact for customers from the pre-sales stage until booking/registration. The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal sales teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication to support sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Coordination

Serve as the one-point contact for customers until booking/registration.

Call and convince prospective clients; schedule site visits in consultation with the sales team.

Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, send mailers, and maintain updated client databases.

Sales Support & Follow-ups

Coordinate with customers for registrations and fix appointments with the Sales Head.

Regular follow-up with customers and incoming leads to ensure timely closures.

Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.

Relationship Management

Influence sales growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing customer relationships.

Maintain complete records of customer communication and interactions.

Ensure adherence to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with sales team members to ensure client requirements are addressed effectively.

Support smooth communication flow between customers and the sales team.

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of MS Office / CRM software preferred
Experience

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management, preferably in the real estate or sales-driven industry.
