Job Description:
A sales executive drives company sales by finding new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research, giving sales presentations, maintaining CRM records, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients through various methods, such as cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

Sales Presentations:Conduct effective presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective customers.

Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate terms and agreements to successfully close sales deals and secure contracts.

Sales Target Achievement:Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly or annual sales targets and quotas.

Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and customer information using CRM software.

Market Awareness:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
