Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in
Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Cloud
Benefits, with a strong understanding of configuration, integration points, and payroll-
related issues. This role requires end-to-end ownership of solutions, from gathering
requirements to delivering high-quality integrations in collaboration with clients and
technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits modules.
 Understand and manage integration points between Benefits and Payroll.
 Analyze and resolve payroll issues arising from Benefits configurations.
 Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into
functional specifications.
 Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of integrations and
solutions.
 Take full ownership of assigned activities and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
 Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Benefits.
 Proven expertise in configurations and Benefits–Payroll integrations.
 Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
 Ability to manage client interactions and lead requirement-gathering sessions.
 Experience in integration ownership (design, testing, and delivery).
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
