HR MANAGER FOR SOLAR ENERGY INDUSTRY - INVERTERS/BATTERIES - DURG , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring compliance with employment laws, supporting organizational goals, and fostering a productive and positive workplace culture. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Staffing

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Manage the end-to-end hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs
✅ Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances

Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes
✅ HR Compliance & Policies
-
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
-
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
✅ Performance Management

Design and implement performance review systems

Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance

Address underperformance and coach managers on improvement strategies
✅ Training & Development

Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs

Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs

Promote leadership and succession planning initiatives
✅ Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with finance

Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave, bonuses, etc.)

Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations
✅ HR Systems & Reporting

Utilize HRIS to manage employee data

Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover, retention, and engagement

Recommend data-driven strategies for workforce planning
Requirements:
🎓 Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Master’s degree or MBA in HR (preferred)
📜 Certifications (preferred but not required):
-
SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent
