Requirement :

  • Position               : AM Sales
  • Location             : Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai
  • Salary Budget     : 3 – 5 Lacs p.a.
  • Experience          : 3-5 years
  • Qualification       : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred) or MBA Marketing

  

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing/Sales candidate to lead our sales efforts in the North. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the aluminium or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred) or MBA Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Aluminium or engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Aluminium products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
