Job Description:
A Manager/HR/Administrator role combines management, human resources, and administrative responsibilities, including developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and payroll, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring administrative functions run smoothlyThis position acts as a bridge between management and employees, handles compliance and policy, and is often a mix of strategic and day-to-day operational tasks. 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Strategic HR and Management:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. 
       
    • Set and monitor HR targets. 
       
    • Lead and mentor the HR and administration team. 
       
    • Serve as a link between management and employees, handling questions and resolving issues. 
       
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation to hiring. 
       
    • Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and orientation. 
       
    • Conduct interviews and reference checks. 
       
  • Employee Relations and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. 
       
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 
       
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes. 
       
    • Manage performance appraisal systems. 
       
  • Administrative and Operational Functions:
    • Oversee and manage general administrative tasks, such as office operations, facilities, and supplies. 
       
    • Manage HR-related paperwork, record-keeping, and HR databases. 
       
    • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration. 
       
    • Generate and maintain HR reports. 
       
  • Training and Development:
    • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills. 
       
    • Identify training needs based on staffing and performance analysis.
