Cluster Steel Sales Manager (B2B Sales)
Job Description:
Seeking high-performing, self-driven sales professionals to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth for the Procurement business (Steel & Raw Materials). The role demands strong relationship management, market intelligence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven, digitally enabled environment.
This role is focused on Demand Generation from a given footprint by reaching out to the right target group.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and generate business from both new and existing accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and GMV targets within assigned clusters.
- Drive demand generation by engaging the right target group in the MSME/Raw Material ecosystem.
- Strengthen customer relationships, ensure smooth onboarding, and connect clients with relevant sellers.
- Maintain updated customer profiles and CRM data; monitor pricing trends and market conditions.
- Provide market intelligence for pricing, activation, and product positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations and high customer retention.
- Lead credit application support, negotiations, and payment follow-ups.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of business development, sales, and account management experience in a B2B environment
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals.
- Sales & Marketing of Steel (Fabricated steel structure, TMT bars, Coils, Channel, Angles)
- Experience with CRM, data analytics & BI tools
- Entrepreneurial and business owner mindset (startup experience a big plus)
- Passion and energy to drive hyper growth in a new yet rapidly growing business segment
Required Skills
- Category understanding of Steel as a raw material and SMBs as an ecosystem.
- Proficiency in the use of email with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in the regional language is required.
- Adept at managing cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- High level of organisation and focus, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
