Job Description:
Recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers. 
     
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding and induction process for new hires. 
     
Employee relations and engagement
  • Foster a positive work environment and manage employee grievances.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Handle exit interviews and manage final settlements for departing employees. 
     
Compensation and benefits
  • Administer payroll and compensation packages.
  • Advise employees on tax benefits and manage benefits administration.
  • Design salary structures and manage employee benefits programs. 
     
HR administration and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and documentation.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with all relevant labor and employment laws.
  • Manage attendance and leave records.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures. 
     
Performance and development
  • Support performance management initiatives, including performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate and help develop training and development programs for employees.
