Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Present products/services, answer queries, and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Pitch, demonstrate, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure contracts.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales, manage CRM, meet targets, and report performance.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and other teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM software.
- Qualifications: Often requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus relevant sales experience.
