Job Description:

Business Development Executive – CRO Division

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, client outreach, proposal development, and business conversions

  • Build & maintain sponsor/CRO relationships for clinical trials, BE studies & PV services

  • Assist in RFP responses, presentations, costing, and contract discussions

  • Maintain CRM tracking, follow-ups, and revenue pipeline updates

Required Qualification:

  • B.Pharm/ M.Pharm / Life Science Graduate or MBA (Pharma/Biotechnology preferred)

  • 0–3 years experience in Business Development in CRO/Pharma/Clinical Research (Fresher with strong communication may also apply)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
