Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing function and accelerate growth in the fast-evolving CPaaS landscape. The ideal candidate will design and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive demand generation, and enable customer acquisition across different markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Brand Management: Build and enhance the company’s brand presence through effective positioning, messaging, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Demand Generation: Plan and oversee campaigns to drive qualified leads across digital, ABM, and partner channels.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft compelling go-to-market plans, product launches, and competitive analysis.
  • Content & Communication: Oversee creation of high-quality content including case studies, whitepapers, press releases, and webinars to engage target audiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team; manage budgets and KPIs.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • MBA/PG in Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles within SaaS/CPaaS/Telecom domains.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building in B2B technology markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
