Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Sales Executive with strong outbound calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a
passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for loan products
- Explain loan features, offers, and eligibility criteria
- Follow up on leads and ensure conversion of applications
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets and productivity metrics
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
- Work closely with the operations team for smooth customer onboarding
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/tele-sales/outbound calling
- Strong communication in Hindi & English
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads
- Comfortable working on Sundays/holidays as per business requirements
- Goal-oriented with a high sense of ownership
- 6 Days Working (Rotational Weekoff)
- Shift timings: Rotational
- 9AM-6PM IST
- 11AM- 8 PM IST
