Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Sales Executive with strong outbound calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a 
passion for sales. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for loan products 
  • Explain loan features, offers, and eligibility criteria 
  • Follow up on leads and ensure conversion of applications 
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets and productivity metrics 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions 
  • Work closely with the operations team for smooth customer onboarding 
Required Skills & Experience: 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/tele-sales/outbound calling 
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English 
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads 
  • Comfortable working on Sundays/holidays as per business requirements 
  • Goal-oriented with a high sense of ownership 

 

  • 6 Days Working (Rotational Weekoff) 
  • Shift timings: Rotational
  • 9AM-6PM IST
  • 11AM- 8 PM IST
